In 2013, Hadid graduated from Malibu High School, where she was the captain of the school's varsity volleyball team, as well as an equestrian. The family moved to Beverly Hills after ten years. She and her siblings were raised on a ranch in Santa Barbara. She also has two older paternal half-sisters Marielle and Alana. She has a younger sister, Bella, and a younger brother, Anwar, both of whom are also models. Through her father, she claims descent from Daher Al Omer, Prince of Nazareth and Sheik of Galilee.
